We have to say that the existence of fish oil is something useful for us. Taking or consuming fish oil every day will improve the functions of our organs. Its Omega-3 fatty acids give so many benefits that cannot be given by other acids. That is why; Omega-3 fatty acids are applied for recovering people who have heart disease, asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, hypertension, stroke, bipolar disorders and many cancer types. But, we must also remember that fish oil contains also side effects. On many cases, the side effects of fish oil will appear especially if it is consumed overdose.
The light side effect will be felt by people who take fish oil is awful taste, but it will not come if taking fish oil capsules. If we take fish oil inside the corridor, then the side effects may be able to be tolerated but when it is overdose, sometimes it is worst. One of the side effects of fish oil is bleeding such as nosebleed and blood in urine. Some fishes used by manufacturers as ingredients may contain toxic pollutants. Some studies found that there are products used shark, swordfish, tilefish and king mackerel as ingredients. Those fishes are dangerous because consuming algae.
To avoid the side effects of fish oil, it is recommended to take it following the instruction. If we have particular health problems but still want to take it, maybe we have to contact our doctor first to make sure that we are allowed to. The quality of the fish oil must also become a consideration.
